Identify what is keeping you back from realizing your dreams & goals and face these issues. Concentrate on your dreams rather than your fears. Experience the joy of realizing your dreams even BEFORE you reach that dream or goal. Daily take literal physical & mental action to live your dream now! "God's delays are not God's denials. Often what seems impossible in the short term becomes very possible in the long term. In order to succeed, we need to consistently discipline ourselves to think long term. Think of the changing of the seasons when looking at life's ups & downs. No season lasts forever because all of life is a cycle of planting, reaping, resting & renewal. Winter is not infinite even if you are having challenges today, never give up on the coming of Spring." If you have THESE 10 key qualities, there is NOTHING in this world that can stop you from being an outstanding success! It is so important to study success principles so that you can internalize them, so that they flow from your mouth and being. If you study & practice proven success principles, you will be successful too. Nobody starts off with the qualities of success, they are habit patterns of mind! You can learn & develop them with practice.
CLARITY: This means thinking clearly. It means the ability to determine what you want to do, have, or be in live. People who are successful are goal setters. They know exactly where they are going, what they want and when they want it!. The habit of indecisiveness can condemn us to failure. Did you know that about 80% of decisions should be made the first time they come up. If you make decisions when they come up, you will develop the habit of making decisions. It's easier to make decisions when you know what it is you want to accomplish. When you make a decision you gather momentum!
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE AND FAILURES IS NOT THAT SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE MAKE RIGHT DECISIONS, SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE MAKE THEIR DECISIONS RIGHT.
Have a vision for yourself and a vision for your life! Where people lack vision, they perish inside, they rot so to speak. Dream BIG dreams & focus on the results.
COMPETENCE:
Competence, the commitment to becoming excellent in your chosen field is an indispensable prerequisite to becoming successful! If you commit yourself to becoming excellent, it changes everything about you! Do your best every time out & always strive to do it better! How can you become competent? By studying, implementing what you have learned and by following people who are successful! When you become good, you open up the sea of opportunity. You come to the attention of people, people want you to work for them, How many job offers have you had this week?
There are 8 more Keys to Personal Development discussed by Brian Tracy which I will write about in future posts for the sake of reading time!! :) If you just cannot wait, here is the link! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6A18mECu0k

On November 19, 2013 was my last post about my personal journey. I tole you that I began to create cards, see pictures in my mind, and began to sell them. Hard to believe that was 8 years ago! I bought a computer and all the fixings and began my own business. I had absolutely no experience in business, didn't know what to do, I just jumped in while I was working full time! I got the website, got the business cards etc but though I sold some of my cards & art, it didn't amount to much. When I retired, I received assistance from my local state agency because of my disability. They sent me to classes, training, bought me equipment, did all the stuff but what they planned for me, really didn't resonate with me! I love to create digital art, I was passionate but I wasn't making any money and by this time, I knew that part of my assignment was to help the less fortunate, my friends in Africa, my friends here in the USA. So a trusted friend introduced me to Internet Marketing. Honestly, since I had been in a well-known MLM in the 90's I knew this was a great way to increase income and personal development. I stayed with my friend through a few businesses. Some things didn't work for us but instead of quitting we changed the way to get to our goal and now today, we are partnered with a wonderful hybrid MLM that truly resonates with our hearts. changes Worldwide is changing lives, changing economies and changing the game. I look forward to a great future!

If you're new to On-line marketing and you're wondering how to attract people to you, here are a couple of simple things you can do...
1. VALUE PROPOSITION
Provide value that will help people solve problems. It's not about how many FACEBOOK groups you post your link in, or how much traffic you buy, it's about how much value you put into the market place. You build credibility by helping people. When you read a book, or watch a videotape snippets from what you have learned & put that value out there in a post or
a video.
2. LIFESTYLE MARKETING
Post about your travels, visits to places, eating out etc. Have the type of lifestyle that attracts people to marketing. People want to travel, go around the world, they want to see these cool places.
Neither of these are technical. Give these a try, the more you do them, the easier & more natural it will become!
See you at the top!

Yes, I have challenges, but the massive creativity that comes when I need to figure out unconventional ways to get things done, is amazing! Never let a roadblock keep you from reaching your goal! If the conventional way doesn't work, get creative & find a way that does work! Don't change the goal but feel free to change the way to reach it!

"Doubt and fear are the great enemies of knowledge and she who encourages them, who does not slay them, thwarts herself at every step." - As A Man Thinketh
I've heard it said that we're born with only a few fears, like the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. All other fears, we learn along the way, like the fear of failure, the fear of rejection, even the fear of success.
I believe our greatest enemy in life is fear because fear keeps us from doing many of those things we'd like to do that would make our life more complete and more enjoyable.
Doubt is the first cousin of fear and it precedes it. We weren’t born with doubt. Our habit of doubt is grown throughout our life. If we dwell on a doubt and give into it, then it grows into fear.
In his epistle, the ancient writer James reminds us that doubt makes us ineffective. "A doubtful mind will be as unsettled as the wave of the sea that is tossed and driven by the wind; and every decision you then make will be uncertain as you turn first this way, and then that."
If most of our fears and all of our doubts are learned along the way, then we can unlearn them by becoming masters of our thoughts.
I once heard Zig Ziglar quote Mark Twain when he said "true courage is not the absence of fear, it's the mastery of fear."
The people who live the life of their dreams have just as many fears as those who live miserable, unfulfilled lives. They've just learned to master their fears instead of allowing their fears to master them.
Norman Vincent Peale, writing in You Can if You Think You Can, provides us with a prescription for mastering fear and doubt:
"You can cancel out fear with faith, for there is no force in this world more powerful than faith. The most amazing things can happen as a result of it.
"There are two massive thought forces competing for control of the mind, fear and faith. And faith is stronger, much stronger.
"Hold that thought of faith's great power until you believe it, for it can be the difference between success and failure."
And that’s worth thinking about. by Vic & Lisa Johnson
